But after my experience at Bonneville & Sons and with their employees (Especially Rick Goulette and Matthew Chagnon) that those stereo types definitely do not fit with this company. I am very happy with my vehicle. I was never pressured while deciding to buy, the sales reps were very honest and they helped me find the best truck for me at the best price. I would 100% give them 10/10 and I recommend to anyone looking to purchase or even thinking about purchasing a vehicle to go to Bonneville & Sons!!! More

Competitive pricing, This is my second purchase from Bonneville and fundamentally, they had the right product at the right price. All three of the guys I dealt with were This is my second purchase from Bonneville and fundamentally, they had the right product at the right price. All three of the guys I dealt with were pleasant and knowledgeable. I came away with the vehicle I wanted, got close enough on the price for my trade-in, and the bottom line was that it all worked out well. As a buyng experience, there was reasonable clarity around price. For example, Rick called up KBB and we looked at it together and could quickly come to the right math. I hated the old school back and forth game with the "let me talk to my manager" dance (I know some people who love it and miss it). There's some of that I overheard when in the showroom, but to Rick's credit, we didn't engage that way (I would have walked away if we had). I'd say there are vestiges of that experience. Found myself sitting too long for one aspect or another of the process. I'd contrast that with a Grappone up in Concord, with its no commission sales model and just a more contemporary give and take experience. I think there is a heightened awareness of customer service at Bonneville and they are trying hard. Not quite there yet, but working on it. I'd go back again if I needed to and that's the most important point to make. More
