The only thing that they should ask is, do you want your paperwork printed out or do you want it on a computer stick? I would prefer my paper to have been printed out. Finance bad (didn’t have everything together), waited two hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to com hours when told everything would be ready by the time we came back, people moody/snappy after 5 pm and made it hard for it to be exciting, had to come back two days later due to finance issues and they were apologetic but is still an inconvenience. People were nice when we first went in and got everything together just were slow about it even though we made intentions clear. More
