I was contacted by Diego regarding the VIP program. I had my car in for service for a front end noise. They didn’t have a technician available so I left the car with them. An appraisal was completed on I had my car in for service for a front end noise. They didn’t have a technician available so I left the car with them. An appraisal was completed on my car and they had another car available for me to consider. I traded my car and purchased the 2019 that day. Everyone I delt with was very friendly and professional. I bought the extended warrantee and will be taking the car there for service and most likely by my next car there. Thank you More

Please do not come to this dealership to get your car repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one servic repaired. Had the same issue in for repair 4 times in less than a year and still not sure if it's fixed. Only time will tell . Not one service manager picked up their phone or return messages. You are only allowed to deal with the original service representative or your repiar will be delayed even more. So if they are on vacation or have the day off you're out of luck and will have to wait.( I'm pretty confident this is not the fault of the service representatives and this is just how the process works at the dealership) They never have loaner cars, they won't drive you home, and they won't call a ride share to take you home. This is the opposite of any car dealership I've ever dealt with and my wife has ever dealt with. More
