Brought 2018 checy cruz in for a recall. Had appt, showed
up half hr prior. Then waited 4 hours. Said they didn't need any adjustments on recall. I Paid for oil change, as I requested. Didn't rotate tires, v

I am sorry you had to wait 5 hours for your oil change. GM does require us to preform safety as well as recall inspections on all GM product we service. Sometime that does make the wait longer, but it should not have been 5 hours. I will speak with the service manager and we will work harder to avoid this long wait for you again.
