We purchased our vehicle from this dealership in 2018. In order to keep our warranty, we have always taken it back to you for the oil change, tire rotation, and regularly scheduled maintenance. We even looked into a new vehicle purchase for my wife while we were at the dealership this past weekend. However, on previous visits we have always been delayed or postphoned. Never have been made to feel as though we were appreciated customers. On one ocassion for the tire rotation, they didnt even move the tires, and I know because I marked the tires. When we were checking out, after patiently waiting for hours, the service manager said Oh sorry, lets do it right now. After such a long wait, I just wanted to get out of there. Another time they didnt even wash the car and after asking the service dept. Responded reluctantly by saying there are many cars in line for washing today so i left 😡 frustrated again. This dealership does not pride itself on customer service and frankly Im tired of dealing with them.
