My husband and I walked in for our second appointment and Matt immediately asked for our drivers licenses. When we asked why this was necessary, Matt simply responded “so I know who I’m talking to.” That was Matt immediately asked for our drivers licenses. When we asked why this was necessary, Matt simply responded “so I know who I’m talking to.” That was the first red flag, we were uncomfortable right from the start. Throughout the build discussion, we felt very confused as he was adamant recommending we NOT included some items that we wanted, in order that we purchase them for a higher price from Luther’s parts department. Also, we felt mislead as he recommended a snowplow package. Matt said, “I would definitely get this if I were you.” Upon further review my husband and I discovered that 3 of the 4 items in the snowplow package were all ready included in our build. Lastly, without asking if we had final questions, Matt simply stood up, picked up a drill and someone else’s license plate, and announced he was sending over the finance person, and began to walk away. At this point we stopped him and let him know we were not ready to order our vehicle. During the conversion we did not feel that Matt was taking the time to understand our needs. We felt pushed and rushed. More
