I was very disappointed in my experience. I was not given a service pamphlet when I bought the vehicle so I did not realized that my first visit at 5000 mi was just for tire rotation and flu I was not given a service pamphlet when I bought the vehicle so I did not realized that my first visit at 5000 mi was just for tire rotation and fluid top off. It was the extremely cold day so understandably the car wash was closed. However, I think 90 minutes for a tire rotation is an unnecessary waste of time. I would have thought the car would have at least been vacuumed and the windows cleaned in that time frame. They were not. When I mentioned it to Matt he said he would arrange it if I could wait a bit longer. Given that I had already been there for an hour and a half...and live an hour away...I did not want to stay any longer. Matt did tell me that I could come by anytime to get the wash but given that I do not live in the area then this is not really feasible for me. I asked about going to Hingham and he assured me I could. I would just have to speak to the service manager and relay the situation. Might have been nice if that was done for me. Also, there were 2 large grease palm prints on the side of the doors by the door handles. Makes me think those same greasy hands were on my steering wheel and seats. Matt was really great about going over my kick sensor for the trunk. He even went out to bring my car back in the garage to show me. He was pleasant to work with. I was made well aware of the 90 minute appointment time both with the receptionist and with Matt. I just feel like the time did not warrant the little bit of service that was done. More

When it comes to top-notch customer service, going above and beyond, William and Andrew are the best at exemplifying this behavior.
