Have bought two mini’s from there. Love the service dept. I believe Matthew is honest & transparent about work needed. He makes it easy to get service & offers Lyft so we don’t have to Love the service dept. I believe Matthew is honest & transparent about work needed. Went to Ferman for my annual checkup on my car. They sent me a video of the inspection and stated that I should rotate my tires. The visit took less than 2 hours and they cleaned my car. Terrible, I had an appointment last Friday at 3:15 and was 15 minutes late because of traffic, coming from Ocala, Fl. I kept the dealer informed and they said no problem to bring it in. Oil change, tir was 15 minutes late because of traffic, coming from Ocala, Fl. I kept the dealer informed and they said no problem to bring it in. Oil change, tire rotate, fix the inside trunk cover and check the air filters. The only service that was done was the oil change(I Think anyway that was done. Video showed car on the hoist, that was all. No rotate, no trunk fix and no mention of filters. I did not receive a check list of tread depth or pressure or top offs. The salesman called me the day before saying he would like to give me a quote on a trade for a new Mini. He was a No Show. I do have 2 Mini dealers closer but have liked Ferman so I drive 40miles further for their service and possibly a new Mini. More
