Silly stuff, but there was no car wash or vacuum done after a $2,500 job even though I'd been promised them. And the Lyft that was ordered was sent to the wrong address by the (very nice) service gentlem after a $2,500 job even though I'd been promised them. This three stars is an average between what it took to get an appointment, which would be a one-star and my experience once I had an appointment. This was the recurrence of a problem that had supposedly get an appointment, which would be a one-star and my experience once I had an appointment. This was the recurrence of a problem that had supposedly been fixed twice before. I called for an appointment on a Tuesday and explained that I lived an hour away and would need transportation. I spoke with someone who said they understood, would speak with the service manager and get back to me. When I didn't hear by Thursday, I called and was told that that person had gone on vacation. (He should have told me that rather than that he was going to get back to me.) So I called again and asked for the manager. It took a day or so for him to get back to me and we then traded phone calls. Finally, David took over the case and once David was on the case, everything was five stars. He arranged for pickup of the vehicle in time for the monthly visit of the service rep, kept in communication with me during the time it was in, got it fixed (so far so good, anyway) and had it delivered back to me. Transportation guys were excellent and communicated well. So one star on the front end, five on the back end equals three stars. More

Matthew was extremely helpful as usual. I've dealt with him many times. He was the only employee that gave me accurate information. The process of getting an appointment was frustrating. After speaking with the service dept. manager, I understand that the phone lines were down & that's why my messages were not returned. That doesn't explain the misinformation I received from the person I spoke with initially to get an appt. She did not tell me that I wasn't eligible for valet service or that it would take a couple of weeks to get it even I was eligible. My sunroof was broken & would not close, so I needed an appt. asap. The transportation dept. did not respond. I had to wait until Matthew was back at work to get an appt. Also, having 1 loaner car is unacceptable. I understand that cars are scarce right now, but I live an hour away from Ferman Mini. Dealing with Enterprise was frustrating to say the least. I am a long time customer & have never had such a bad experience. More

As always since 2008 when I bought my 1st MINI at FERMAN, the service and associated personnel has been top notch. Likewise, with the sales department, four of the five new MINIs I’ve purchased have been ord the service and associated personnel has been top notch. Likewise, with the sales department, four of the five new MINIs I’ve purchased have been ordered through FERMAN. The latest one was purchased outside of Atalanta when I was living up in southwest North Carolina during that time. Otherwise, I would have bought it at FERMAN if I was living down here. Now that I’m back…now in Ocala about 100 miles away, I’ve returned to FERMAN for all my services. More
