The answer to a prayer! Matthew is the man! Let me explain why. My wife had been driving a 1994 Nissan 4X4 Truck for over 12 years, and her grandfather had it before her. She Matthew is the man! Let me explain why. My wife had been driving a 1994 Nissan 4X4 Truck for over 12 years, and her grandfather had it before her. She loved her truck, and she cried when she had to sell it. We just needed more room. My wife and I had been looking at cars for over 6 months online. She could not decide whether she wanted a car, a crossover, or SUV. She couldn’t even decide what brand she liked. Every care she looked at she would say, “Well this is nice” or “I like it, BUT”. After she sold her truck, we had one weekend to find her a car. The first day we stayed out looking at cars till 1:30am! Nothing excited her; she seemed sad and very frustrated. Sunday we got started early and after spending over eight hours looking, she still couldn’t find a car! We had looked at every dealership in middle TN, except Newton Nissan. We seen a car on their web page that she seemed interested in, but when we got there Matthew had told us it sold. My wife was ready to leave and call it a night. However, Matthew said well tell me what you want in a car, and let me see if we have something here that would work. After he asked her a few questions, and got to know her and her love for her last car. He took us over and showed us a car that he thought she would like. A car I had showed her only 5 minutes prior that she wouldn’t even look at because she was so frustrated. It took Matthew10 minutes to do what took me six months and two days! I cannot thank him enough! When I asked her why she was willing to look at the car when he suggested it, she said, “Because he listen to me and what I wanted. When he showed me the car he told me what features it had that was on my list of must haves. He wasn’t pushy or over bearing, and it didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me a car. It felt like he was helping me look for the features I needed and wanted in a car.” Needless to say my wife has been driving her DREAM CAR for two weeks now, and she comes home every day telling me how much she loves it! Thank you Matthew for being a good listener, and putting an ending to the gruelling car shopping experience! Next time we will start the car shopping experience with Newton Nissan and Matthew and save a lot of time and money! Mitchell Bowers More
