Two Mercedes and now my 2015 BMW528i Jeff Hallenback and team mate Danny were fabulous once again. It's not just that they're easy to work with. They listen and genuinely seek to understand needs and preferences. They help you to navigate, recommend options and guide you through a painless, time efficient and seamless purchasing experience; and its all based on intimate technical knowledge of the vehicles they represent. These guys are true automotive professionals. Shamefully, I strayed from this dealership on a purchase a couple of years ago from a competitor. Won't ever make that mistake again. It's good to know when buying a pre-owned high-end vehicle that this dealership only buys quality, and moreover, they have your back. The dealer's price was reasonable and the car was in immaculate condition. The sale process was streamlined and painless with no back-and-forth negotiation game as in a typical car buying process we had experienced. Our salesmen, Berrin Bigott and Matthew Melone, were friendly, personable, professional, and very helpful in getting us a couple of missing items from the car. I'm glad we had a cash deal and did not do financing there. After we finalized the sales deal and were sitting around while waiting for the paperwork to be completed, I got up and looked around, Travis Walters (a finance guy that we later found out) hollered sternly and loudly across the room "Don't go anywhere. You're waiting for me. I'll get you when I'm ready." He came across as unfriendly and very condescending. We thought to ourselves who is this guy that yelled at us unprovokedly; how unprofessional! We're glad we did not finance and really had to deal with him. If he were our salesman we would have walked right out of the dealer. We would recommend our families and friends to buy cars here but to do cash or bring their own financing. More

Absolutely best exotic buying experience yet I have been in the market for an Aston the past 2.5 months after having suffered a total loss on my prior one. For the past 2 months, I have scoured o I have been in the market for an Aston the past 2.5 months after having suffered a total loss on my prior one. For the past 2 months, I have scoured online daily for the right V8V S, in a very specific color. During that time, only 2 others had been on the market that fit those specific parameters, that were priced justifiably - both sold within 24hrs of posting. When I stumbled upon Certified Benz & Beemers posting, it was at 11:38pm as I was doing my nightly rounds of cargurus, autotrader, ebay, and autolist for the newest postings. I was already at the time, in talks with possibly purchasing another one and had almost posted a hold payment, when their listing showed up. I immediately sent an internet request to get more info on the vehicle. The next day, extremely slammed with work - I was not able to commit to any phone calls. Matthew emailed myself, which I replied. He then texted me some more information. I knew I wanted the car and knew the buying window was potentially limited before it moved. We got a hold payment immediately, then swung over through to finance with Travis, who then was able to get a deal with a lender I preferred and had prior experience with. My entire interaction without a single phonecall, all done mostly through text, was less than 24hrs! Honestly just very impressed they were able to work with me during a busy couple of workdays, as well as facilitating shipment. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, I would be more than happy to be a reference customer! More

I purchased a great 2017 corvette with 2000 miles on it for 20k off sticker...I was in and out in about 2 hours including test drive. The prices here are very competitive as I had been looking for a couple of weeks. Even after I bought the car I have looked at what the market is going for and have not found anything to beat what I got. They don't haggle with price but that is because they price it right out of the gate to sell. I would recommend this dealership for your next toy. More
