I purchased my first NEW vehicle a Toyota Highlander in September 2022. A co worker recommended I discuss my purchase with Matt Messenger. I found Matt to be polite no inappropriate comments or judgmenta September 2022. A co worker recommended I discuss my purchase with Matt Messenger. I found Matt to be polite no inappropriate comments or judgmental remarks. Matt was attentive and listened to my needs and helped me realize the benefit of buying NEW versus used. Not by talking me into any purchase but stating the facts letting me leave the dealership, do some math at home and allow myself time to create a list of advantages and disadvantages. After purchasing my new vehicle I read the owners manual and came back with a two page list of questions which Matt was able to answer without hesitation. Matt does not leave you stranded after your purchase he excels at follow up not just in his area but includes any other questions I may have about service or warranties. I will be taking my second list of questions to Matt within the next few months and I suspect he will fulfill my expectations. Matt is a real person and I would not hesitate to send anyone looking for an honest car purchasing experience to Matt. More

I drove off the lot with my Corolla Cross yesterday and I couldn’t be happier. Matt and Rob, who did the financing, really took a lot of stress out of this experience and made me feel like they were doing the most they could to get me the best deal for exactly what I wanted.
