While trying to procure a new Tundra back in the earlier days of the COVID pandemic - I scoured the internet looking high and low for the model / trim level I wanted - all to no avail. With the semiconduct days of the COVID pandemic - I scoured the internet looking high and low for the model / trim level I wanted - all to no avail. With the semiconductor shortage and supply chain woes - along with the supply/demand issues with new and used vehicles - there was nothing. When I'd touch base with some Toyota dealerships - they'd claim I'd have to hand over a $1,000 - $2,000 finder's fee just to buy the truck I wanted. Then I finally spoke with Matt - who set me at ease, put me on a fair/equitable wait list - and sure enough, about a year+ later, he had me in line for the exact Tundra that I wanted. Matt is a kind and sanguine salesman with Heritage - no BS and no pressure. He's a real pleasure to work with and get to know - so engage with this guy without fear and he'll set you up. More
