At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for outstanding! At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for my benefit to voice my extreme disappointment regarding a major mechanical issue that was found by their tech during a recall repair. I am very grateful to Rachel and Service Manager, Matt Rydberg for their concern for my safety and all they did to take care of my issue. I have had all my service done at Kenosha Subaru from day one and will continue to do so because of the wonderful, caring and knowledgeable staff in the Service Department. Through the years, Matt and his entire staff of Service Advisors have always let me know how much they appreciate my business plus do an outstanding job. More
