At my last service appointment, Rachel Johnson-Haase, Service Advisor went beyond the call of duty offering to call Subaru America for my benefit to voice my extreme disappointment regarding a major mechanical issue that was found by their tech during a recall repair. I am very grateful to Rachel and Service Manager, Matt Rydberg for their concern for my safety and all they did to take care of my issue.
