1. Registered my car incorrectly. Had to go to the DMV during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to during the winter and COVID. Wasted 3 hours of my life and countless phone calls. 2. Left my car completely greased up after a service and had to replace interior trim pieces for scratches. 3. Performed services work that was supposed be covered under warranty, charged my for it anyway. Still waiting on my refund 3 weeks later. The management is apathetic and simply lie to you to get you off the phone... They're even classier in person. (sarcasm) and the service department has severe operational issues. You have to escalate issues to Subaru of America for any traction. It's a complete hassle. So disappointing. I wish I could give no stars. More

Great sales people, great service department, phenomenal overall experience. I would even recommend my enemies to buy a vehicle from Kenosha Subaru (lol)...I really wouldn’t but yea. Cannot mention enough how reassuring the associates made me feel. More importantly, the trust I’ve developed which is difficult to establish in a typical dealership. Great car buying experience! We knew Matt Rydberg through excellent service of previous car and he connected us with Jim Madsen in sales. They hunted for the car we wanted and had it transferred to t through excellent service of previous car and he connected us with Jim Madsen in sales. They hunted for the car we wanted and had it transferred to their location. Jim had us fill out the online application and email the other documents over to him in advance. Finance department had everything ready for us to sign upon arrival. It took more time to go over the new car features than the entire sales process. Highly recommended! More
