I am a repeat customer of Mazda. I have always brought my cars in at every service appointment on time for all service requirements on the vehicles to maintain excellent car maintenance. I came back to Mazd cars in at every service appointment on time for all service requirements on the vehicles to maintain excellent car maintenance. I came back to Mazda to purchase another vehicle because I like the quality and comfort of its cars. I am a loyal customer of Mazda and even have referred other people to Mazda. With this being said, I feel that I should have been treated better. We had to wait a very long time with no one explaining why. I felt that the person in charge of the sales office could have had the decency to welcome us back in being a loyal Mazda customer and showing some appreciation would have been nice. Their attitudes toward us were not so nice and straightforward. For that being said, I will not refer another person to this location. Next time, I will do business elsewhere. I am not such a happy customer but I’m very happy with my Mazda. More
