Lease trade in for new lease Me & my daughter both traded in our current lease for an upgrade. Matt(sales) & Will(finance) were fantastic. All paperwork was prepared ahead of time Me & my daughter both traded in our current lease for an upgrade. Matt(sales) & Will(finance) were fantastic. All paperwork was prepared ahead of time allowing me to get in and out in record time. Matt worked up the best possible deal for our trade ins & Will executed the transactions in record time. The customer service was impeccable. The vehicles were ready to pickup when I arrived and exactly as expected. I've never experienced such an easy auto lease or purchase. I'm usually sitting there for hours while the deal is worked up & paperwork completed. I was in the dealership no more than 30 minutes which I appreciate as my time is valuable to me and sitting around waiting is not something I want to do. I cannot say enough good things about how well this went. I also had service the week before with Michael. He also was on top of things. Kept in communication during the service about when my car would be ready and the service was completed efficiently. More

Matt helped us navigate the lease end procedures, and all the way through to a personalized orientation to our new car. We are very appreciative of his help and instruction, delivered in a kind way during this pandemic, which has caused us a great deal of stress. We are "elderly", and Matt took extra care of us, recognizing our anxieties. His conduct was exemplary!! More

I have been HIGHLY impressed with this dealership (specifically the staff) the moment I walked into it over 2 and a half years ago.. and I had been shopping around at quite a few other dealerships, s (specifically the staff) the moment I walked into it over 2 and a half years ago.. and I had been shopping around at quite a few other dealerships, so I have comparisons. For example, Hyundai was where I originally started my car search and ended up leaving almost immediately (for reasons I won't waste time explaining here). Basically, I never felt like I was being "scammed" or any of the other common dealership stereotypes at Mazda.. and I have felt those stereotypes at other dealers. In fact, I felt like I was in the hands of a family member every time I have had any interactions at Mazda. I have heard stories of people dreading having to go to their dealerships for a variety of reasons.. but I can HONESTLY say I cant relate! From service/repairs/sales/questions, whatever the reason that brings me in, I actually look forward to going to my dealership and seeing everyone (who always remember me BY NAME everytime, no matter how long since my last visit -which STILL blows my mind today). I have become a HUGE fan of the cars/features/value, etc.. BUT the fact is that the market is very competitive, and another competitor can always come up with cool features and good deals.. but they apparently can't find the GREAT PEOPLE to compete with the great people I have come to know at Mazda. The fact that sets Mazda apart from the rest, in my opinion, has been the SERVICE I RECEIVE, ESPECIALLY from Matt, Todd, Ray and Vlad. There have been several times that I've walked in without appointments and was welcomed with open arms and helped immediately anyway. There have been times that I was being helped by one associate, and needed something else once the associate had gotten busy with another customer, or had already left the dealership for the day, and I was immediately taken care of by another associate. Even THEY all work together as if THEY are a family! I have never been made to feel like a bother, even though I am SURE I have been bothersome at times.. haha.. Long story less long, I love the dealership and staff just as much as I love the cars, and this COMBINED has made me a loyal Mazda fan for LIFE!! I started my Mazda experience 2 and a half years ago with a used 2015 Mazda 3, and I am now the VERY proud owner of a BRAND NEW 2020 Mazda CX-5!! All thanks to the incredible help and service of Matt, Todd, Ray and Vlad. They all deserve raises and bonuses and extra vacations! Please take care of those guys so we can all continue being taken care of so well! More

Follow-Up is Everything! I also called the Sales Manager and left a message and still didn't receive a return call. I'm sure they have an excuse for not calling me back, but I'm not sure this is one for lack of follow-up. They also never called me to see if I was happy with my purchase, which I am. More

Straightforward - Customer Focused Just bought my new CX5 from Matt Sage and am very pleased with his patience and customer focus. Although this is the 4th new Mazda I've purchased - a Just bought my new CX5 from Matt Sage and am very pleased with his patience and customer focus. Although this is the 4th new Mazda I've purchased - all purchased from different dealers - this is the best car dealership I've worked with!! I highly recommend Matt as an honest and fair person and will be "top of mind" to call if/when I need to purchase another vehicle. And, although I live near another Mazda dealership, I go out of my way and drive a further distance to go to Mazda of Palm Beach for service and sales....and, that says it all! More
