I bought a brand new rx350 at North Miami Lexus until 2 months later while it was in the process of renewing the vehicle registration when I realized that my car is not registered with the Florida DMV. In short, the DMV online registration said that my car registration is invalid. It was a nasty surprise considering that I could have been stopped any time by a law enforcement officer with invalid registration. So I called Lexus of North Miami, hoping I would find someone to fix the problem. It's been four days, and I still cannot help. At one point, a front desk person told me, " Why don't you come to the dealer to fix the problem because no one was here. I am still waiting for someone to call as I am writing this comment. Shame on you, Lexus of North Miami - Your customer service is nonexistent. More
