He did a great job explaining all the features of the car, made sure it was all we wanted, made sure it was ready when it should be, and that all paperwork was covered. He reached out via text and phone calls to make sure we were getting along fine with the car and to make sure that we got with him if we had any issues. We highly recommend him as a salesman. As we told him...he should be training salesman down at Fort Wayne Toyota, because the one we had there was awful! We already highly recommend Mazda vehicles, and the dealership is a great addition to a purchase. More

I decided I wanted a different car and SUV. I did a lot of research and found out that the CX 30 was what I was looking for in the subcompact car. The rating was outstanding. I went online found what I wanted and came out to O’Daniels Mazda test drove the CX 30 and really loved it. The one I wanted was on loan so I had to wait till it came in. In the meantime, I was waited on by Matt Tillapaugh As my salesman, and Sam Moun was the manager. These are both outstanding gentlemen, who were kind, Extremely knowledgeable and help me With all the questions I had. Another young man whose name is Logan that I also interacted with. When the car came in, they called me to tell me it was ready for me to come out and look at. The minute I saw it I fell in love with it And bought it. John Driscoll was my financial person and he did a great job. Matt got me all set up with my car with all the information that goes with it. I was pleasantly surprised that no one was every pushy or rude. It's clear that the employees and salesmen truly believe in their product and want to help their clients find the best vehicle, even if it isn't a Mazda. I needed a vehicle immediately, but I didn't want to rush a purchase and Matt was very patient with me as I took the time to research and decide. My boyfriend had strongly recommended the cx-5 based off his own research and knowledge and I quickly fell in love with as well. Even though I was the one car shopping, my boyfriend knows more about it than I do, and the dealership included him in every part of the process as much as me.
