At first we were in the show room looking at a vehicle for a small amount of time and no one talked to us, but they were very busy. It was the only dealership we went to that didn’t have salesman standing for a small amount of time and no one talked to us, but they were very busy. It was the only dealership we went to that didn’t have salesman standing around the whole time waiting to attack people, writing this as a positive. We had spoke with Matt via text previously so he did approach us knowing who we were. He was helping 3 groups of people at once and we never felt abandoned, he supplied us with info then gave us time to look at the car ourselves without being overwhelmed. We ended up purchasing the Mazda CX-9 off the showroom after we looked at a Ford Explorer and Toyota Highlander. Matt told us this car doesn’t get the attention it deserves and he was completely right, although at the time we were thinking he was just “selling” us the car. We were blown away at the features you get for 10k dollars less compared to the competition. This dealership also gave us the highest trade in value even with Ford offering $1500 bonus cash on trade ins. Matt and Casey in finance stayed at least an hour after closing on a HOLIDAY weekend to get us and a few others into the cars of our choice. More

But the personnel and experience were good More
