What I loved about Matt, is the fact that I did not feel pressured to buy. Matt was very patient and informative with all my questions. We had planned to never buy a new car again. Matt helped us change that mind set. The price new was very close to a one year old used. I hadn't purchased a car since 2006 and was dreading the usually hassle and pressure at a car dealer. I found a 2017 Mazda 6 on O'Daniel's website that I was interested in, so I called to make an appointme usually hassle and pressure at a car dealer. I found a 2017 Mazda 6 on O'Daniel's website that I was interested in, so I called to make an appointment to test drive it and I talked to Matt the first time. We setup the time for the test drive. I arrived at the dealership and I met Matt in person and after welcoming me to the dealership the first thing he asked me was “Do you have any questions?”. I had a bunch, he answered them, and then he did a walk through of the car before the test drive to make sure I was comfortable with it before taking it on the test drive. I drove it, liked it, and when I got back to the dealership Matt again asked if I had any questions, which I did and he again answered them. I proceeded to purchase the car. Between Matt, his sales manager Sam, and the finance manager Dan, this was the easiest, no pressure, no hassle, and best car buying experience I have ever had at any car dealer. Before I drove the car off the lot, Matt sat with me in the car showing me in detail how things worked. He provided excellent customer service! I will be back and I have already told friends that O’Daniel Mazda/Automart is the place to look for a car and ask for Matt. More
