Todd helped me to understand the leasing end of the purchase, which helped me to choose the option that was right for me. It took about ten days for me to make up my mind. During this time, there was no phone calls to me. No pressure sales tactics. They just answered my questions and let me make my own choices. He asked me if I wanted to take a test drive, which I did and it obviously made me love the CX-5 even more. When I knew I wanted the vehicle, we discussed which one I would want (sport, touring, and grand touring) and the prices/ bells and whistles of each. Matt did a great job of making sure I understood everything with the paper work, etc. He was very enthusiastic and very personable! Really seems like he enjoys his job and working with people. After leasing my car, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with the car as well as to make sure I didn't have any more questions/concerns. There was no pressure when we came to see the 2014 Mazdas. Matt answered all of our questions, set up a test drive in the car, and invited us back as soon as we could come. Matt followed up with a couple of emails. He thanked us for our time, and he made us feel he was available if we had other questions. We did a return about a week later; we set up an appointment with Matt and took our trade-in with us. Within an hour we had taken another test drive and settled on a fair price. I'm very impressed with Matt's friendliness and knowledge of the car's history. He also was very knowledgeable of the car's features and minor concerns such as previous made dents and nicks. He worked closely with me to assure that I could hold the car until I was able to purchase it after the weekend. I told Matt I would definitely consider working through him again. Honestly, Jessica Farber almost made this transaction not happen, my employment status shouldn't matter when I'm a customer looking to buy from your company, I don't know why that would matter. Matt was extremely helpful when we purchased our CX 5 earlier this year and when we were looking to buy another vehicle we chose Mazda again - in large part to Matt and his style of doing business by creating a relationship first and sales second. Matt above and beyond both times by helping us with blue tooth activation and garage door opener. He made a trip to our home both times to assist two non-techy people.
