He asked me if I wanted to take a test drive, which I did and it obviously made me love the CX-5 even more. When I knew I wanted the vehicle, we discussed which one I would want (sport, touring, and grand touring) and the prices/ bells and whistles of each. Matt did a great job of making sure I understood everything with the paper work, etc. He was very enthusiastic and very personable! Really seems like he enjoys his job and working with people. After leasing my car, he followed up with me to make sure everything was going well with the car as well as to make sure I didn't have any more questions/concerns. My overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the dealership, Matt, and Mazda vehicles! More

There was no pressure when we came to see the 2014 Mazdas. Matt answered all of our questions, set up a test drive in the car, and invited us back as soon as we could come. Matt followed up with a couple of emails. He thanked us for our time, and he made us feel he was available if we had other questions. We did a return about a week later; we set up an appointment with Matt and took our trade-in with us. Within an hour we had taken another test drive and settled on a fair price. I'm giving a great review because Matt Tillapaugh was extremely helpful. He not only found an ideal car for me but he also presented to me many different options. Nick Sheets also presented many options but when he found out I was already working with Matt he respectfully referred me back to Matt for service and assisted me until Matt was notified of my where abouts on the lot. I'm very impressed with Matt's friendliness and knowledge of the car's history. He also was very knowledgeable of the car's features and minor concerns such as previous made dents and nicks. He worked closely with me to assure that I could hold the car until I was able to purchase it after the weekend. I told Matt I would definitely consider working through him again. Honestly, Jessica Farber almost made this transaction not happen, my employment status shouldn't matter when I'm a customer looking to buy from your company, I don't know why that would matter.
