They did not do a proper inspection on a car as it was being sold to me. They have tried to tell me, that the car is driving fine. I was very pleased with the service that I received at Tower Honda. Matthew was my service manager and he was not only very professional but friendly as well. The waiting room is also very user-friendly complete with snacks and drinks. I had tried twice to schedule my appt online but it was two weeks out. The only issue I had was that I had to return the same day because they had set my tire pressure at 35 rather than 32 & it triggered my tire pressure light to come on. They did adjust it, assured me that everything was fine and re-set the alert light. I will be back for service as needed. Jeanne Lober More
