All the back office people are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and caring. Most of your sales people, but not all, are only interested in getting the name on the sales contract. By now I know who to goto to get things done, so that is less troublesome to me, but to the first time buyer this can be very troublesome. Your product is so good that I decided to come back for a second lease, but this was not because of the Sales follow up I received on the first Lease.
