All the back office people are very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and caring. Most of your sales people, but not all, are only interested in getting the name on the sales contract. I have just l courteous, helpful and caring. Most of your sales people, but not all, are only interested in getting the name on the sales contract. I have just leased my second car from you and have the same problem with both of my Sales Men. By now I know who to goto to get things done, so that is less troublesome to me, but to the first time buyer this can be very troublesome. Your product is so good that I decided to come back for a second lease, but this was not because of the Sales follow up I received on the first Lease. If I come back for a third Lease, I will specify who I want for a Sales Rep. Love my new car! More
