Purchased a new vehicle but had to return for the included window tint due to schedule conflicts with the service department. Returned approx. one week later to get it completed. From the time I arrived to completion was about 30 minutes. However two days after I returned home my wife pointed out a small bubble in the tint on the driver's side this is somewhat normal as they tend to work their selves out The power window was not operated prior to this as it requires no operation for five days after tinting. Hope, to get it repaired on the next service trip if it has not disappeared by then Also, there was some dust/dirt left on the door sill after they were done that was not cleaned prior to me taking back possession. Other than that good job! More

All the people I interacted with answered all my questions and concerns with friendliness and expertise that I expected from a Toyota dealership. A few names that stand out are: Jeffrey Michaels, Jo questions and concerns with friendliness and expertise that I expected from a Toyota dealership. A few names that stand out are: Jeffrey Michaels, Jonny Rosell, Max Anderson, Mike Entrekin, Fred with installation and Mr Rodriguez in financing. One area for improvement is your service department waiting room. Reminds me of an old bus station. The Dealership nearer to me in St Augustine has a more modern comfortable waiting area that is worth copying. Plus better snacks. But I chose your location & sales department because it’s so much better than St Augustine. More
