Computer program wasn't working and we sat there for HOURS just waiting to complete the sale. We came back 2 days later and the guy doing the paperwork seemed unprepared because we waited for probably a HOURS just waiting to complete the sale. We came back 2 days later and the guy doing the paperwork seemed unprepared because we waited for probably a half hour before he showed up in his office then finally came to get us. Our patience was definitely tested and this was unacceptable. Max was great and it wasn't his fault. More
