Hey, I’m Philip Smith your Product Specialist at Lokey Volkswagen in Clearwater. I’m from Connecticut originally. Right after high school, I moved to Florida by myself and haven’t looked back. I started at Lokey this past November and quickly earned my VW Master Certification!! I’m one of the youngest master certified Volkswagen specialists in the state. I love working with people, and I know these vehicles inside and out. Process was easy, the options I wanted and needed were described and throuhly shown to me. Even options I didn't know about were exposed and compared between trim models. Nick, the manager, was incredibly helpful in working with me to get the car at a price I felt comfortable with. I really appreciated his willingness to collaborate and make the deal happen. Dominick in finance made the final steps smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the process was efficient while still being thorough. Overall, the entire team was professional, transparent, and focused on great customer service. I truly felt supported throughout the whole process and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience. More
