Repairs to Regal I appreciated the use of the loaner while my vehicle was repaired. The refunded tow charge was also a plus. I leased my Regal at the Clearwater locati I appreciated the use of the loaner while my vehicle was repaired. The refunded tow charge was also a plus. The Best Dealership We had to bring my wife's GMC Denali Terrain for an oil leak that no other dealership could fix. They were so friendly and over the top helpful. Fixed We had to bring my wife's GMC Denali Terrain for an oil leak that no other dealership could fix. They were so friendly and over the top helpful. Fixed the problem and have not had anymore issues with the SUV. Will take all my vehicles there from now on. More

Good service. Small repair center lobby Service time was good. Friendly staff as always. Every time I am there though there are three empty desks with no one working them.. Very cramped. The empty not-used desks could be used for customer waiting area so it's not so clausterphobic Maybe throw a chair in there so a customer could sit down if it's taking a while to get waited on. Just a thought. And they didn't wash my car after a service which is pretty standard. More

first time I was displeased with the service I am in my 2nd year of a lease with a maintenence package. This was the first time someone actually looked up that information. I had purchased the I am in my 2nd year of a lease with a maintenence package. This was the first time someone actually looked up that information. I had purchased the package because sales said I would have zero maintenance costs throughout my lease. My previous visits told me I could only come twice a year until this most recent visit when they told me I was on my last free oil change. Note that each visit I had told them about the maintenence package but no one looked it up until this past visit... I had left my cqr for service and got a calll from the service team telling me that they recommend I buy a hepafilter for $64.99 and I needed an alighnment for a little over $100 and that I should also buy a tire balance for $20... I was taken aback by the request and my concern is that I was told no additional maintenance costs at the beginning of the lease and was being asked for almost $200 for an oil change and I still dont think anyone has reviewed or looked at the maintenence package I purchased. I was told previously that I could only get 2 oil changes a year when I had purchased 3 a year and I'm at the end of my 2nd year and still havent even used 1 of my purchased oil changes. Feeling just a bit frustrated about this matter and would like clarification as to what I actually purchased and why no one looked up the package previously. Thank you More

Service Dept dependable and honest! Have been servicing my 2003 Pontiac Aztek at your service dept about 12 of 14 years! What else can I say! That speaks for itself!! quick service went in to set up a appointment for a recall on my 2014 buick lacrosse expecting for it to take days to get a appointment. Was asked when I wanted to come in and said I could bring it in right now if I wanted and that it only take one half hour. I did not have time that day so I asked for the next day at 2 o'clock, they said no problem. You don't get service like that at very many places anymore . They did a great job and were very friendly.
