DeMarko was able to get me into a vehicle that I’ve been searching for. It’s been a Journey especially with subpar credit but I haven’t felt undermined once, or pushed at all. I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. My car detail was terrible. I was told that the windshield was going to get replaced, when i went to pick the car up, the windshield was dealership. My car detail was terrible. I was told that the windshield was going to get replaced, when i went to pick the car up, the windshield was only fixed. I had to really get upset with the managers, in order for it to get replaced. My battery went dead 24 days after taking the car home, and was told they would not replace it. Never again at this dealership!!!!!!! More

Worst car dealership I have ever had the displeasure of buying a car from ever. First thing on the sales agreement, they had three services they tried to include. Window tinting799.00, a COVID-19 sanitizin buying a car from ever. First thing on the sales agreement, they had three services they tried to include. Window tinting799.00, a COVID-19 sanitizing bomb 499.00, and a home security service in-case the car was stolen for 899.00 I made them remove the security service and the COVID-19 bomb, but could only get them to go down to 399.00 for the window tinting, which was probably done before they got the car. The financing rep. Dave Patella was a snake. He added 5000.00 dollars worth of services that I didn't want and didn't ask if I wanted them. He just added them and didn't explain them to me. Then when I noticed one of them he outright lied about what the service was. I had alredy signed the loan papers and then had to go back to the dealership and have them all removed, which they charged me a fee to have them removed from the loan Then he didn't give me copies of the contracts. Then he went on vacation and it took me a week just to get copies of the contracts. I will never buy anything from this dealership again and i do not recommend anyone buy from them.I have already told anyone that asks about my car, not to buy from Mark KIA. More
