I didn’t want to buy it the first place. This dealership sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never sold me a LoJack for my vehicle that I never wanted, never installed properly, never worked till I sold my car and they refused to refund!!!. I never get my pin code. I went to store for five times. Nobody deals with my problem. Same word at every time. I never got a pin code until I sold the car. And Max said: we can't refund you anyway. Even if you did not sell the car, we will just have to keep trying to fix it. But, Why should I trust a company that hasn't fixed it for me for 2 months?I don't understand why I can't get a refund because I didn't get a day from start to finish. If I had been serviced and I sold the car I wouldn't have asked for a refund, but I never got pin code. I paid Kia but I didn't get the service. They should be responsible. This is a really bad experience. More

Went in to purchase a used car that was only two years old, was told they have a protection package for two thousand above posted price, it was for tint and other detail services. Pointed out to the sal old, was told they have a protection package for two thousand above posted price, it was for tint and other detail services. Pointed out to the sales guy and sales manager that there was no tint on the car, they confirmed that the $2K protection package was not on the car and that it would be removed from the price brakedown. I told them I am looking at a few cars and will let them know in a few days. I call the sales guy and manager back and told them I would like to purchase the car for the price we spike about, i was then told $1500 more then what they quote me a few days earlier. The sales guy then said even though those items were still not install I would have to pay for them and wait until they get them done, but I would still have to purchase the car by the end of the month and wait for them. This is the worst bait and switch tactic I have ever been a part of Max is a horrible sales manager. More

I will not ever buy a car anywhere else! I had the quickest, most honest, and best car buying experience at Mark Kia with JD and David, Maricella and Max! I work in the customer service industry myself and I have to say their customer service is top notch. JD was my sales person and he was so kind and knowledgable! He had all the answers to all of my weird questions and knew EVERYTHING about my new top of the line Sorento! David and Max made sure I knew all of my options with down payments, financing, leasing, interest, and everything in between. They were very thorough with all of my options and made sure I was fully understanding everything stated. I never once felt pressure to leave with a car right then and there, but once I drove all the cars, and knew all the things about the cars, I couldn't pass it up. Forget the great customer service, YOU NEED A NEW KIA SORENTO X LINE. Once I committed to my dream car Maricella in Finance had me in and out in what I feel like, was record time. They also give you a flash drive with all of your car records on it instead of printing out a million papers that you'll shove in a drawer at home, and that was so amazing to me. Way to save the planet Mark Kia! Overall, clean facility, so many cars to choose from (New and used, and all the models), and the friendliest staff. I will forever be a Mark Kia Customer! More
