Most times I have to wait way too long to have my oil change and tire rotation completed. I should not have to wait Over an hour for that when I have a scheduled appointment. Max did a fantastic job with his knowledge on the product and communication. Each week he checked in to give me updates on my vehicle until it arrived. Once my car arrived he made sure I felt comfortable wit and communication. Each week he checked in to give me updates on my vehicle until it arrived. Once my car arrived he made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle and helped me set up my Bluetooth to connect to the car.
