Max graduated from Eastern Kentucky with a BA in his younger years. He has a wife Cristina and they recently had two twin girls, Annaleigh and Emma. Even as a new father, Max finds time to run like crazy. You would be hard pressed to find another car salesman who could beat him in a half marathon. Before Covid, he loved going to concerts, now he scratches that itch by putting on headphones and dancing around on the sidewalk outside his home. Neighbors are concerned but his family at the office know that it could be a lot worse. His favorite quote to live by is “in the end, you won’t remember the time you spent working in the office or mowing your lawn. Climb that damn mountain.”

New car purchase I traded my car on a new one. My salesman, Max Minzenberger, was excellent. He efficiently provided me the information needed to make the best decisio I traded my car on a new one. My salesman, Max Minzenberger, was excellent. He efficiently provided me the information needed to make the best decision. Once the car decision was made, Richard Goss, their Finance Manager, worked with me to meet my finance needs. The entire team made the experience great and didn't push me to move faster than I wanted to in making my decision. Lastly, Max did an awesome job in familiarizing me with all the new car features. Happy I am very pleased with the way I was treated by Bob Hook Chevrolet staff. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and I drove away not feeling like I I am very pleased with the way I was treated by Bob Hook Chevrolet staff. They gave me a good deal on my trade-in and I drove away not feeling like I’ve been taken advantage of. Max was my sales person he went above and beyond the call of duty because he came in on his day off to complete the transaction. One the first dealerships I’ve ever been to re-were treated like a person and not like a form of income . I would recommend Bobby Burk Chevrolet to anyone . More

We have dealt with Max Minzenberger all This is the third time in 5 years we have been back to Bob Hook Chevrolet to purchase or lease a new Traverse. We have dealt with Max Minzenberger all three times. Max has gone above and beyond to locate cars that matched our criteria. He and the managers have always worked their hardest to get the car we want at the price we are comfortable paying, and they have been successful. They did this without being overbearing or trying to convince us to accept a deal we didn’t feel comfortable with. Once we have decided on a purchase, the approval process and financing details have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. After all is taken care of, Max has always tutored us on the bells and whistles in our new car, thank goodness! And, to top it all, we have loved all of our Traverses, and they have been reliable vehicles. we highly recommend Bob Hook Chevrolet and Max Minzenberger. More

Absolutely great Second car I have bought here. Both time the salesman and finance manager were the same guys. The were awesome on my trade and got me more rebates and Second car I have bought here.
