This is my second transaction with this dealer. The first time, I had marginal credit. Although a frank, but polite discussion took place, I never felt embarrassed or humiliated. I took this as my opportunity to improve my standing and made it a point to pay on time. Fast forward 3 years (I like leasing) without starting the Financials they treated me as a respected and familiar customer. In the middle of the paperwork the Financial rep. complimented the improvements and remarked that it took Toyota less than 1 minute to approve and at a great rate. Started at 10:00, left at 12:15 with my new lease and a big smile. Max Pierson, my sales rep was a huge part of my satisfaction. He listened, he had everything ready when I arrived. In our lead-up phone conversations he remarked "I think we're going to get along just fine". He was correct. The comfort level he provided was exemplary! No pressure, straight answers, knew the product thoroughly. I couldn't ask for a smoother and more comfortable transaction. More

It was a pleasure right from the get-go when Max met us as we were walking up to the show room. He was welcoming and through in explaining the procedure and asking us questions as to what we were looking as we were walking up to the show room. Bobby went over the numbers and explained things to our understanding. There was no pushiness at all. Richard took care of the financing and was good at explaining things as we went along.
