I don't agree with you ..why u put big signs for certified vehicle by family Hyundai... If the vehicle has serious issue why u did not. Fix it... My concern is when I communicated to you no one responded.. You gave me 2 free. Oil change its not obligation on me..u guys knows vehicle has serious issue u wanna get away from vehicle

As a dealer its your soul responsibility if vehicle has problem next day on purchase date. U guys have to fix it... Instead of that u offered me 2 oil change .. Still I don't have problem...u accept mistake and fix it...problem solve. No further discussion required

Dear Sir/Madam, First of all I was not offered 1500 discount ...so don't be liar........ Second concern noise was Started next day after I got delivery..so its sure that u guys have fixed it temporary and sale it to me.... This technical fault which u need to fix it.... Another issue when I bought car ...on 21st January ,car was having only 3 floor mats ...which was informed to sales person immediately... He told me that you make the full payment I got you floor mats on one or two days . I was agreed ...but surprisingly in spite of so many reminders on phone and personal visit to your location still I am waiting for my floor mats... I am begging for floor mats with sales guy.. How you says we are No.1 in customer Service .... You Are liars on Small things also... I would suggest everyone to think 100 times before step in @ Family Hundai Tiley park location
