Dealership performs good work. However, they are not the most communicative. Also, in past cases I asked for a paint repair when under warranty (vehicle was purchased with a paint chip), the service manager Ray told me he would refer me to the Sands body shop and never did. I found your service department to be dishonest. They refused to do a tire rotation on a new ram 2500 with 5k miles even though it was included in the price i paid. They told me Ram doesn't rotate tires until 10k miles unless they are off toad tires. This was confirmed to be a lie by a more honest dealership. More

My vehicle has been in and out of service since June. The most recent time before my vehicle went back in for service, it was not drivable. Megan told me I would have to wait until the next week for an a The most recent time before my vehicle went back in for service, it was not drivable. Megan told me I would have to wait until the next week for an appointment, and even longer if I want a loaner vehicle. She was completely aware of my situation; she knew my vehicle had been there numerous times for the SAME issue, she knew how much money I had spent on repairs. Yet, she was still unwilling to help me in a timely manner. Luckily, I spoke with Ray, the service manager. He helped me and got me into a loaner the next day. However, my vehicle has been there for a month and I have not received one phone call to update me on the status of my vehicle. I have called numerous times, and I NEVER receive a return phone call. I feel devalued and disrespected as a customer. It seems like they are trying to pull something shady. Once I get my vehicle back, I will never return to this place!!! More

SANDS has been great with my Jeep wrangler! Inspection, any extra visits for oil changes, repairs etc, always completed in timely manner!. Everyone is friendly.
