I scheduled my vehicle for air not working, cracked

Wile me and another party waited, to other vehicles pulled up, the drivers when into the building and came out with a service agent. I was bumped twice like this. When we called for status, we spoke to Ron who advised us that regal was not going to fix my windshield with no explanation on why it couldn’t be done, just that it was missed at check in and never done. That I needed to call my insurance to schedule again. This is wile my vehicle is still in being serviced. Every time I tried reaching out to Ron, his phone went to voicemail. He never returned any of our voicemails. I still have my text with regal from Ron for service updates and questions. No one from regal ever responded to me. 2 days after getting my vehicle back, my air conditioning stops working again. This has been the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we must diagnose a vehicle to know what parts will be needed. Therefore, at the time your appointment was scheduled we would not have known if they were in stock or not.

That may be true for a typical scheduled vehicle, but you had the vehicle the week before and did the diagnoses. You even priced it, so you and I both knew what was to be done.
Nice try, but you guys dropped the ball at my expense.
