Megan was great and took the initiative because the person assigned to be my advisor could not be found. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Regal Service Department was very inconsiderate of my time they did not inform me ahead of time there's a 5 hour wait nor offer me a loaner car or shuttle ride. I was there 12:20pm - 5:45pm. Megan in service is horrible. I went in for a recall that was listed on my vehicle when I got there Megan informed me that I did not have a recall on my vehicle and that I just ne I went in for a recall that was listed on my vehicle when I got there Megan informed me that I did not have a recall on my vehicle and that I just needed to pay for a transmission flush once I informed her that I did have two recalls on my vehicle, and I was not paying for a transmission flush that I wanted her to look at the vehicle for what I brought it in for, she act like it was an inconvenience to her. Then she called me back several hours later to tell me she found out the recall, and that I would still have to pay for the transmission flush. I didn’t told her that I wasn’t paying for the transmission flush for the second time . Once she found out, I had extended warranty, she stated that everything was covered under the standard warranty and told me that she was going to inform me when my vehicle is ready several more hours past and I had to reach out to her to ask her was my vehicle done . She messaged me back and told me she forgot to send a message to let me know that my vehicle is ready for pick up. More
