"A little disappointed"
Had my fuel system serviced. I waited for the work to be completed, but was disappointed when having to wait 25 minutes longer than than originally advised - and having to go to the Service area to find out why it was taking so much longer (the original agent was away at a meeting, and no one was following up). I had a service coupon, but it was not deducted until I pointed out the omission.

They were descriptive and they knew what they were talking about. I didn’t have to question if I shouldn’t trust them or the things they were telling me. Plus free food while I look.
