Salesperson (Megha) was hard working and went out of her way to help me. Still needs to be more knowledgeable about the cars themselves, but is getting there. First - all potential pricing options should have been presented to me the day before, instead of waiting for the last step in the process (finance). McGrath Honda (see below) warned me on this, but Valley told me this wasn’t so. Second, and related to the first, two hours to complete the transaction is too long. Finally, I came to Valley, which is way out of my way, because McGrath Honda was way too pushy and didn’t seem upfront. Not so sure now. They probably would have given me the best pricing in the end. But our experience to date showed that Valley’s service department was better. More
