Skyline Ford service is awesome. As a senior woman, Mel in the service department is great. She knows her service world and is kind and understanding. I’ve been going to their service for years and it has always been spot on. My son is a heavy duty mechanic and when my car needs more than routine see, I call him with the details and he tells me they are doing the right repair and at a very affordable cost. The support staff is great, including the county driver, the cashier, and the attendant taking calls to set up the service. Nice work and wonderful experience all the way around. More

Normally good service but had a few issues this time. In for a tire repair and check on overall wear of tires. Sent a text to the number given asking about status after an hour plus of waiting and never In for a tire repair and check on overall wear of tires. Sent a text to the number given asking about status after an hour plus of waiting and never received a response. When car was ready the warning light was still on and the tire was under inflated. Also no one had checked for tire wear. I had to seek help on both counts. More
