Service rep was very professional. No complaints there. Very knowledgeable. The work done tho, wiring that is secured to the chassis we’re loose. Not secured using the grommets provided to keep wiring from dangling loose. The length of time truck was at the dealership was a bit extreme. Over 3 weeks if not a month. Thanks for your time. More

Took a company vehicle, communicated the issue . I followed up with location, they had wrong information. I wanted to provide my company information, was told no need we have it. I Shared but I had to followed up with location, they had wrong information. I wanted to provide my company information, was told no need we have it. I Shared but I had to rent a car and if they could let me know how long it’s going to be I would greatly appreciate it. When I was in contact it I followed up with a location and they said oh we already put your car in will let you know how long it’s going to take. I didn’t hear from anyone for days then I stop by in person and they said oh it’s ready we just haven’t called you because we didn’t have your company information to charge you. The whole situation was just ridiculous More
