I have a new "BEST FRIEND" named Melissa Chambers. I bought my first car in high school when I was 15; 60 years ago. Twenty-something cars and trucks later, I can not remember a single sales/service r I bought my first car in high school when I was 15; 60 years ago. Twenty-something cars and trucks later, I can not remember a single sales/service rep. Until now! This new 2021 Toyota Tacoma is my second "ride" with Melissa. I met her in 2019, when I needed to replace my 2008 Chevy HHR van. (375,000 miles) She placed me in a 2015 Chevy Equinox, with really low mileage and a clean body. That day, I emailed two of the major leasing companies: AUTOFLEX and D&M. Melissa responded in one business-day. AUTOFLEX got back to me 4 days later. By then, it was too late. She has maintained contact with me for 2.5 years. Last Tuesday, I drove out of the garage in Fort Worth on 7th & Summit with a new Pick-up, with barely 17, 000 miles. Melissa would have been successful regardless of which career-path she may have chosen, as she is a natural "CARE-GIVER!" People-pleaser! I'll be back, but not for a while. I do not need another new vehicle any time soon. But, I can always use a friend in the "car business." Best regards, Buddy Smith More
