I have been with VW since 2013, after leaving the Insurance Industry. I fell in love with VW as a brand and a company, so I can tell you I do bleed blue. I currently drive a VW Jetta GLI. I have been with Heritage, who I feel treats the customer and their employee better than anyone. My goal is to help you choose a car that you will love driving, educating you about your vehicle, and maintaining customer service at the highest possible level, during the sales process and for years to come.

Extraordinaire used car experience. My 1st contact was Milissa, she sold a Jetta to my daughter. She hooked me up with used cars. There was a meeting going on when I called.I understood My 1st contact was Milissa, she sold a Jetta to my daughter. She hooked me up with used cars. There was a meeting going on when I called.I understood, agreed to a call back. Spencer reached out to me , He was very informative, very comfortable to work with , supported me through out the sale process. He made sure I got to Parts to order an extra key and even brought the Jetta to my home because my husband has a fractured right leg and I had to drive myself to Heritage. Jacob in finance was a true honest gentleman, he did all he could to make the paperwork process as simple as possible while making sure I understood and got the best deal for me. The day ended on a high note when my husband and I saw Spencer pulling up in my my Jetta.. Another good experience at Heritage.. More

Herb was great I spent a week back and forth in this dealership between used and new. My first encounter was with Herb who was very helpful. He had a truck brought i I spent a week back and forth in this dealership between used and new. My first encounter was with Herb who was very helpful. He had a truck brought in that Inwanted to see that was not at the dealership. That turned out to be the truck I did not want Inhad certain things Inwas looking for. Later that week the sales manager Dan called me from across the street and had me come and look at a new truck thinking he could get me a better deal. At first he was helpful after I walked out that first day not purchasing I got the impression he thought I was not ready to buy. I called him several times over the next few days and left messages with zero return calls. I went back in to the used lot because I saw a truck come in I liked. Herb was all over it helped me out was very professional and great to work with. In the end I was happy with my experience with Herb and I am sending a friend to go see him. More

Pleasant experience I decided to purchase my leased VW and went to this dealership to complete the deal. It is not a quick princess and we hit a small bump in the road. Great All-Around Experience This was the third time purchasing from a Heritage dealership and it was by far the best experience. Melissa knew the cars inside and out and I felt v This was the third time purchasing from a Heritage dealership and it was by far the best experience. Melissa knew the cars inside and out and I felt very confident in her knowledge. She also worked to get me the best deal possible and they offered me a better trade-in value on my Subaru than the Subaru dealership did! Jake made the finance process very smooth and easy. He did try to upsell some extras, but he wasn't pushy about it. Overall, I got a great car that I am extremely happy with and had a fantastic experience all around. More
