I was nervous to purchase my first vehicle. A single woman who, admittedly, knows very little about cars - I didn’t want to appear to be, or fall victim to, the role of a stereotype one might easily tak woman who, admittedly, knows very little about cars - I didn’t want to appear to be, or fall victim to, the role of a stereotype one might easily take advantage. However, Melissa, my personal sales associate at Luther Brookdale Mazda very helped ease those fears. She was very honest, and straight forward while also helpful answering all of my questions, even important ones I didn’t think to ask. Rather than push me into a sale, more than once, Melissa reminded me that this wasn’t a decision I had to make today, and assured me I could sleep on it if I needed to giving me her cell if in case I might I have any questions. I did have a lot of questions! But I decided I didn’t need to sleep on it, I drive away in my 2021 Mazda CX-3 before the evening was over. I was the last customer to leave the building that night, but true to her word, Melissa stayed with me to the end - and even immediately returned a couple of texts over the next couple of weeks when a question came up I couldn’t quickly locate in the manual or recall from our hours of conversation the night I made the purchase. Almost 3 months in, my Mazda CX-3 has now been through a move with me, and I’ve returned to Luther twice to add little amenities to my Mazda. The customer service I’ve experienced has been the same no matter who I’ve talked to each visit. Every team member from service to underwriting to sales, etc. has treated me with the same professionalism, kindness and respect that I received from Melissa. Purchasing my Mazda CX-3 was one of the better decisions I’ve ever made! 😊 Furthermore, I give Luther Brookdale Mazda and MOST importantly, the staff at L.B.M. (Melissa in particular! 😊) the highest possible approval rating & recommendation!!! They’re 5 STARS all the way!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
