It all started with Melissa at the front desk. She is friendly, helpful and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to be accommodating. I had only a brief interaction with a service employee whe She is friendly, helpful and compassionate. She goes above and beyond to be accommodating. I had only a brief interaction with a service employee when we took a short ride to hear the noise my car was making. He was professional and listened to what I had to say. The loaner car I got was very nice, clean and had a full tank of gas (which is how I returned it). Although the price to fix the issue was quite a sting, I feel I was treated fairly. More
