After having an extremely unprofessional experience at another dealership, we decided to try DCH in Wappingers. We were immediately greeted as soon as we entered the showroom, asked how we could be helped another dealership, we decided to try DCH in Wappingers. Within a few minutes, she had carefully and thoroughly guided us through the sales process while paying close attention to our needs and concerns. Everyone we subsequently spoke with at the dealership about the transaction, from beginning to end, was honest and respectful. Customer service is what it's all about, and because the staff at DCH understands this, my husband and I are now driving our new Prius C. More

I had a great experience working with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota and the team there (specifically, Mr. Robert Goldberg and Mrs. Melissa Sinapi). Ms. Sinapi worked closely with me prior to my arrival to find a model I liked and quote me the lowest possible price; when I finally settled on the car I wanted, Mrs. Sinapi informed me of various administrative steps I could take (such as getting my insurance policy started, obtaining forms for the actual deal, etc.) to streamline the purchase process. All in all, these steps saved a huge amount of time for when I finally arrived, since purchasing a car is an unavoidably lengthy, multi-step process. The quality of service was high and thorough from start to finish, and I spent very little time waiting or idling while the deal was taking place. Every staff member that helped me was patient, and I really felt like a VIP the whole time. Finally, I was given an excellent price on my new car, and never felt like anyone was trying to do a hard up-sell with me, which is good, since I reject a hard sell immediately. The employees there are so friendly and I never feel pressured by anyone. Melissa Sinapi was my sales woman. She was great! She new her products, and provided so much information and patience. I would recommend DCH and Melissa to anyone. Once you visit DCH Wappingers Falls, then you will have no need to try any other place. When I walked away with another Rav 4 with many more options than my last one and my payments were "less" than they were, why would I even waste my time anywhere else. My first 2 leases were Camry's, my second 2 were Rav 4's. Maybe I'll try something different next time. I love "Toyota". Thank you DCH and Melissa,I am very happy. More

DCH is the BEST new car and used car dealership ever. We used them in 2001 to buy a new Camry and returned last month to buy a used Corolla. They gave us loaner car (almost new Prius!) when our Corolla was used them in 2001 to buy a new Camry and returned last month to buy a used Corolla. They gave us loaner car (almost new Prius!) when our Corolla wasn't ready because the title was in transit from DMV. They use Kelley Blue Book prices so there is no haggling about the car's value. They have the car faxes and the certified used cars come with warranty and a year of free oil changes. Our salesperson, the beautiful and lovely Melissa Sinapi gave me her cell phone number and accommodated any way she could. We asked for keyless entry on our car and they gave it to use for no extra money. We asked to put the car on a lift (my husband is a mechanic and wanted a good look under the car) and they didn't flinch- up it went. My husband, who has walked away from many dealerships and sales people in all his years of buying cars said that this was an "easy and painless experience" that it was "lovely working with Melissa" and that we WOULD be back to see her again soon. It is not easy for him to spend money! We both felt like this was the best and most enjoyable experience buying a car that we ever had. Please go see Melissa Sinapi and tell her I sent you!
