I requested and promptly received pricing information. Based on this information I set an appointment. Melissa Sinapi was the sales person who handled my transaction. She immediately took me on a test drive. It was the longest and most thorough test drive I have ever experienced. This was important to me since the car I purchased was a hybrid and I wanted to see how it drove. After the drive we finalized terms. To my pleasant surprise the terms of the transaction were exactly what I had been quoted. There were no typical dealer surprises and no pressure to purchase additional options. Melissa was very pleasant the entire time. This is what makes this dealership stand out. On my previous experiences, the dealers were always pushing to add options or purchase other dealer offerings. Since the car I wanted was not on the lot, the dealer had get the car from another dealer. It took a few days to get the auto. Melissa was on top of the situation. She kept me well informed of the status at all times. The day I picked up the car Melissa spent much time showing me everything I needed to know on the car's electronics. I have picked up cars before where the sales person would spend no more than 5 minutes showing me the car's operations. Melissa spent at least 30 minutes going through every aspect of the auto. She even programmed my phone into the car's blue tooth system. I was very impressed by her attention to detail. Upon leaving the dealership, I was invited to a new owners event. This dealership made me feel important and special. I feel like we are establishing a long term relationship, not a one time purchase transaction. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant to me while I was there. Hasts off to DCH. More

The staff was very friendly, highly informative, empathetic to my questions and concerns as I was vetting which new vehicle to purchase (comparisons to Honda Accord & VW Jetta Hybrids). I was genuinely pleased with the whole experience. I especially appreciated the product & services at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota after I had completed test drives at neighboring Honda and VW dealerships. Through a buying service, I had obtained a competitive price quote for a car very similar to one of the cars on the lot. DCH was very agreeable and fair in meeting this price. Beyond this, it was a much different car buying experience than I've had before, and all the differences were positive. The sales team (we worked with Melissa and Pinkal) displayed a very friendly and low-pressure style. They seemed genuine in their desire to put the customer first. Melissa even found an additional manufacturer's rebate for Prius owners who buy another Prius. I would strongly recommend that people visit DCH if they are interested in buying a Toyota near the Duchess county area. More

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! To be honest, I don't think that I will ever purchase another car from anywhere other than DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. A little over a year ago, I pu To be honest, I don't think that I will ever purchase another car from anywhere other than DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. A little over a year ago, I purchase my first new car from DCH and the experience was great. Unfortunately, due to a crazy New York weather, I totaled the car I loved so much and was hesitant about looking for a new car, thinking that I wouldn't receive the great service I had previously received. My mind was changed almost immediately. As soon as I got to the lot, Melissa came out to greet my family and me. She immediately started asking discovery questions to figure out what I was looking for. Since I had previously had a Corolla, I wanted to stick with Toyota but perhaps something bigger. She suggested a Rav4, which was actually what I had already had in mind. We strolled around the lot casually talking and I had mentioned that I like red. It was like a light bulb went off for her, and she said she had one Rav4, a used one that had just come in. We walked over to it, and I immediately knew it was "the one." I didn't even need to test drive it, but decided I probably should. So Melissa, my mom and I set out for the test drive. Melissa's great personality is contagious and by the end of the drive, we were laughing and exchanging stories. There was never at any point pressure to buy. I ended up LOVING the Rav4, and when we got back, we immediately started to process of purchase. Melissa was great and so patient throughout the entire process. She was thorough and explained everything, and in doing so, treated me more as a friend then just some random customer. Her attitude is great and I wish all salespeople were like her. After all the paperwork was all said and done (with help from the awesome Mike Smith - with whom I dealt with during my last car buying experience), Melissa walked me outside and, although it was freezing that day, showed me the ins and outs of the car, including the remote start that I didn't even know the car had! I couldn't believe that it was such an easy experience and that I was able to take the car home the same day. Finally, when all was said and done, the manager Pinkal came over to thank me for my business and ask about my experience. It was an added bonus, that he had even remembered me from last year when I had purchased my other car. Everything went so much better than I could even imagine. I cannot say enough about the people at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota. It's an amazing team there, and I would recommend anyone to go there. More

I came to DCH because I needed a car, and was not happy with the selection I found elsewhere. The sales department was great, and they really tried to match what I wanted to what was available. I was starting off with negative equity so I knew this was going to be a battle, maybe a winless battle. They were very willing to work with me through the phone and faxes, since I lived over 2.5 hours away, and they were great to deal with. They even worked great with my Credit Union so that I could get the best interest rate out there (3.35%!!!). They (Melissa and Corey Rheal) were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who are interested in buying a vehicle. I could tell they wanted to work just as much as I did and I drove off the lot with a 2011 Nissan Rogue by the end of the week!! If you are looking for a vehicle, see Melissa!!! More
