Melissa is a longtime resident of Hopewell Junction. After majoring and receiving her degree from Pittsburgh in Business & Travel Industry, she spent the next 15 years fulfilling people’s desire to see the world…and even managed to rack up an impressive list of wonderful vacation memories of her own. Melissa is the proud mother of four wonderful children; 2 boys, Peter & Louie and 2 girls, Adriana and Vanessa. While raising her four children, Melissa still managed to fulfill her position as travel consultant as one of the first telecommuters in her large firm. Melissa joined the DCH team approximately six years ago, knowing that her experience in working with people would translate seamlessly to the automotive industry. (She was correct!) Excellent Customer Service. I walked into the dealership really expecting the deal that I was told by other dealerships I could not "get". I came to DCH because I needed a car, and was not happy with the selection I found elsewhere. The sales department was great, and they really tried to match what I wanted to what was available. Sure enou with the selection I found elsewhere. The sales department was great, and they really tried to match what I wanted to what was available. Sure enough they had the perfect car for me. Melissa was encouraging without being pushy, and I especially appreciated that I was not talked into spending more than I wanted to. I wish them all the best of luck for their business. More

I was starting off with negative equity so I knew this was going to be a battle, maybe a winless battle. Melissa never forgot about me though and as soon as something that she knew I wanted was available was going to be a battle, maybe a winless battle. Melissa never forgot about me though and as soon as something that she knew I wanted was available she was on the phone. They were very willing to work with me through the phone and faxes, since I lived over 2.5 hours away, and they were great to deal with. They even worked great with my Credit Union so that I could get the best interest rate out there (3.35%!!!). They (Melissa and Corey Rheal) were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who are interested in buying a vehicle. I could tell they wanted to work just as much as I did and I drove off the lot with a 2011 Nissan Rogue by the end of the week!! If you are looking for a vehicle, see Melissa!!! More

My experience at this dealership was great. Melissa and the entire team was polite, interested and not pushy. We went over several options for the particular model I was looking for, weighing the pros and the entire team was polite, interested and not pushy. They do not work on commission, which helped make the shopping and buying experience much more pleasurable. Financing was done right there and I got the best rate available. I was immediately greeted by a friendly reception person. She took my information to get me started. She was pleasant and efficient. I did not wait long to begin working with a sales person. She was very friendly and accommodating. She was thorough and took time to explain how their dealership works and the features and options of the car in which I was interested. I was impressed by how Melissa made herself available when she was not scheduled to be at the dealership. She gave her mobile number and returned calls promptly. I got the impression that she was very honest and up front with answers to my questions. Additionally, the financial person that processed my paperwork was also very nice, efficient, and thorough. My overall impression was that the people I worked with were honest, friendly and good at their jobs. It is my first impression of buying a Toyota and it was a good experience. More

Melissa was very knowledgable and helpful during the entire buying experience. She never rushed me to make an immediate decision but instead provided all the necessary information on the vehicle, inclu entire buying experience. I also found it very helpful that she enabled me to take a more extended test-drive prior to making my decision. I felt that she was honest and tried to work for my best interests.
