On Friday (yesterday about 1:30 p.m.) I started having trouble with my 1998 BMW 5 series and was able to make it to your service center on Commonwealth Avenue. I was stunned by the responsiveness of Chris Anslono. His caring and solution development about my car was something I'd only imagined. Chris made service work! He is amazing and gave the best BMW service I have EVER had. (and I have spent thousands keeping my car at a strong level at other dealerships!). He found the answer to my car's issue (wheel sensor), ordered the part, helped me get a loaner, and had me on my way to my nephew's graduation in Vermont. I could not believe it. My car will be ready on Sunday. I promised I would write you ( I asked for your e-mail) to honor his professionalism. I have never ever been so well cared about as a customer. Moreover, the support staff with the loaner and just the whole tone of your BMW center are beyond outstanding. I can't thank you enough. Please convey my deep respect for Chris to him. He presents you with the necessary info and gives you time to make an informed decision.There is a BMW dealership much closer to my home, but because of the relationship that I have developed at Herb Chambers of Boston, I find it hard to go elsewhere!! More
