There was a chip in the front window from being on the delivery of our brand new 2022 Hyundai Palisade. My husband took it to the shop and the service person Ana, told him to let them fill it and it shou delivery of our brand new 2022 Hyundai Palisade. My husband took it to the shop and the service person Ana, told him to let them fill it and it should be fine. I was furious I called and she said you have to run it through your insurance or we should have contacted our sales person. We should have contacted our sales person? Don't you work on the same team? Why aren't you going to your partner in the sales department and making this right for your new customer? The windsheild had to be replaced 3 months later. When I spoke to the service manager Mike he said the same thing go through your insurance company. He said it is against the law for the insurance company to charge a deductible for glass replacement, which I spoke to the insurance company and you have to pay addtional premium for that coverage. He is gving cutomers false information. When I filled a complaint with the general manager he had a person named Robert call me back. They didn't nothing by say too bad so sad. I will never do business with this unethical poor customer service organization again! More

I switched to Larry Miller Hyundai because the service is fantastic! When you’re dealing with cars you want honest, trustworthy people helping you. Service providers were great. Though I have know idea as to what they did to the car. Received no paperwork. Car was supposed to have the oil changed and clear coat protection don Though I have know idea as to what they did to the car. Received no paperwork. Car was supposed to have the oil changed and clear coat protection done. Clear coat was not done as car was still dirty. Guess I'll have to get the oil changed myself. Jordan S. Was supposed to detail the car as he promised if I ever came in for service, but he didn't get it done. Keys were returned by a so-called manager who snapped he didn't know anything about it other than were the keys were left. Same old give us your money, shut up and do as they say. I have no faith that any service was do to my car. They win as I won't return for service there again, nor will I buy a fourth vehicle fron them in the future. Tired of the corporate dealership BS. More
